At Fair Acres, our tradition of quality resident services began in 1965 and continues with the addition of Pine Meadows Assisted Living.

Whether the individual desires the secure comfort of assisted living, requires specialty care for a memory impairment, or needs round-the-clock skilled nursing services, Fair Acres Care Community provides the affordable, continuum of care within its country setting.

Fair Acres Care Community residents can benefit from our unique continuum of care. Located on the same campus as our assisted living residence, Fair Acres Care Center provides short- term rehabilitation, longer-term skilled care and 24-hour nursing services on site. Pine Meadows residents have priority access to Fair Acres Care Center should they ever require skilled care.

Although Pine Meadows residents may never need skilled care, it's still nice to know that they can have priority access to the convenient and outstanding services of Fair Acres Care Center.
