Each resident's level of assistance is individually tailored and designed to adapt as their level of care increases. So even as their needs change, residents are able to maximize their independence.
Each resident receives periodic wellness assessments by a licensed nurse. Through these comprehensive assessments, each resident's ongoing individual needs are monitored and appropriate levels of care are determined. The staff maintains a close relationship with residents and their families, as well as with residents' medical professionals, to ensure that all concerns are communicated in a timely manner. Our community is dedicated to enhancing the life experience of our residents by providing a positive environment that promotes socialization and friendships.

Nursing Care

Fair Acres Care Center is the choice for your loved one requiring post-hospital and post-surgical care and for those who have more complex around the-clock nursing care needs. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and provides 24-hour skilled nursing. Offering physical, occupational and speech therapies in a setting that will help meet therapy goals, therefore achieving the best function possible. At the conclusion of care, your loved one may return home or become a community resident, as you decide.
Our Short-Term Rehabilitation program is highly regarded as we offer:
- Full access to the beauty, safety and amenities of the Fair Acres Care Community
- Care for your loved one from on-site primary care physicians and supporting medical professionals
- On-site physical, occupational, and speech/language therapists who are skilled in treating the specific needs of seniors
- Training for your loved one in the use of adaptive equipment, as appropriate
There are two important points to understand about Short-Term Rehabilitation in general:
- When you leave the hospital, the choice of where you receive Short-Term Rehabilitation is up to you. You are free to select Fair Acres Care Center.
- The cost of Short-Term Rehab is typically covered by Medicare. So it costs no more to get the very best in care.
